The available financial model template is designed to evaluate the feasibility of an Indoor golf business. It can also assess similar businesses such as traditional bowling alleys, miniature golf, bars, and lounges. The model assumes that revenue will be generated from hourly leases of golf simulator stations and from food and drink sales. The model considers key factors such as utilization rates, hourly rates, and average food & drink order per person to project revenue. It also uses a combination of fixed and variable costs to calculate expenses and generate the three financial statements, along with relevant business metrics.

The model is monthly and is provided as a 100% unlocked Excel file with fully transparent formulas that can be customized per the user's requirements. The model allows the user to create scenarios based on the variation of critical metrics, such as utilization rates, prices, and operational costs. After modeling the scenarios, the user can compare them side-by-side.

The user only needs to input information into the cells formatted in dark blue font in the Assumptions sheet, and any other formats are either formulas or labels. For demonstration purposes, the template is provided with information from a hypothetical business model for an Indoor Golf Lounge, which can be erased or adjusted to fit the user's specific needs.

The model consists of several intermediate sheets, including Revenue Model, Staff, Debt Model, Capex, and Working Capital, which are used to calculate revenue, wages & salaries, debt, investment & depreciation, and working capital requirement, respectively. The model also includes several outputs, such as an Executive Summary, Cases Overview, Yearly Financial Statements, Monthly Financial Statements, and Business valuation using the DCF method, which summarizes the main KPIs and drivers, dynamic charts, and business valuation.

Overall, the financial model template is user-friendly and detailed and can be tailored to evaluate the viability of Indoor golf businesses and similar businesses.
